Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Oxbow from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Oxbow property sits exposed.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Oxbow's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Oxbow homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Oxbow roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
Crew leads arrive with the equipment needed for a full property assessment.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
